66 Just Start by Making one Small Change Today

Sometimes all it takes is listening to what the doctor’s says and taking the first step. I mean really listening and following through. The key to listening is what you do with what you are told. We know the struggle is real so what you should take from it is just take that first step. Make a change for the good of your health and just focus on today. If you do that each day then change will happen.

All you have to do is to Commit to starting on self care, not making it a New Year’s resolution.

We can do the hard things! Implementing small changes make dieting easier to become life changes.

All this can happen one day at a time.
