047 How to Maintain a Good Habit and Challenging to let go of Bad Habits because of Temptations

This week we started to discuss what our morning routines are and how we are taking what we learned in the book called “The Miracle Morning” and how we are going to incorporate that into our morning routine. Everyone has a different routine and what works for them. As long as the habits is something you can benefit from then it is a good habit otherwise you may consider letting it go. Just like healthy eating and being aware of your choices throughout the day. Yup we did squirrel off the topic. Just a few squirrellymamas chattering this morning. Why not!
